A letter from our Chairman

After many months of meetings and discussions it is, with regret, that I have to tell you of the decision taken by the Trustees and committee to close the charity and the final recordings will be in April 2020.

The Trustees and committee have consulted with professional charity advisors, but unfortunately no appropriate options are available to us as I feel that we cannot guarantee that our future would be secure.   Improvements in technology, rising costs and falling numbers of listeners necessitate our intended closure.

I am sure that you will understand that this has been a very difficult decision to take.  I would like to thank all of our volunteers, both past and present for their valued support and efforts over the years.
